The Michael J. Fox Foundation's
Virtual 5K/10K/Half Marathon

Friday, May 7 to Sunday, May 9

By joining The Michael J. Fox Foundation's 2020 Virtual 5K/10K/Half Marathon,
you are helping close the gap on a cure for Parkinson's disease.

Runners and walkers of all levels, abilities and speeds are welcome!

Ready to get started?

Step 1: Register
The registration deadline for the Virtual 5K/10K/Half is May 7.
To receive your
welcome packet in time for event weekend, you must be registered by April 19.

Registration fees vary based on the distances you pick over the Three-Day weekend.

One Distance (5K or 10K or Half Marathon): $40 USD
All Three Distances (5K, 10K, and Half Marathon): $60 USD

Although fundraising is not required, we encourage all participants to raise additional funds. Your contributions go a long way: 100 percent of the proceeds go straight to high-impact research programs to speed a cure for Parkinson's.
Step 2: Fundraise!
Know that you are running/walking for a great cause - finding a cure for Parkinson's disease - and we need your help to raise money for research. Need tips on how to fundraise? Check out our Fundraising Tips page

Earn Your Swag!

Individuals who raise $100 USD or more on their fundraising page will receive
a limited MJFF 20th Anniversary T-Shirt.

Individuals who raise $550 USD or more on their fundraising page will receive
MJFF Branded item (to be announced.)

The top five team and individual fundraisers will be recognized on our website and awarded special prizes after the event date.

Step 3: Welcome Packet via Mail
Once you register you will receive a welcome packet in the mail. Welcome packets include your bib number and other fun surprises from our sponsors.

Remember, any registration after April 19 may not receive their package in time for the event weekend due to mail services. Shipments will begin late March.

Step 4: Earn your Virtual Badges!

Participants can earn digital badges along their fundraising journey by reaching a major milestone. Badges are awarded when you reach your fundraising goal, make a self donation, become a team captain, and more. Digital badges will appear on your fundraising page so others can see your accomplishments!

You can run/walk outdoors or indoors, alone or with a group of friends/family. As always, remember to be smart, use your judgement and practice social distancing.

Step 6: Share with us
